How Abii Antibodies Work
Traditional antibody production treats each product as unique. Abii treats the binder as a permanent asset and the constant region as a configurable parameter.
Sequence-Defined Production
Every antibody is produced from a propietary genetic platform. No hybridoma or animal-derived step. The identity of each antibody is fixed at the DNA level, same construct, same antibody, batch after batch.
Modular Constant Region
Abii's constructs separate the variable domains from the constant region. Changing the Fc changes which secondary antibody will detect it, without touching the paratope or the VH-VL interface.
Proprietary Expression System
A proprietary expression architecture drives coordinated production of the heavy and light chains from a single modular construct, enabling efficient and reproducible antibody assembly.
Technical Milestones
Milestone 1: Expression System Validation
Validate our proprietary expression architecture using several reporter system in HEK293T and CHO cell lines, confirming correct and efficient chain assembly.
Milestone 2: First Antibody by Transient Expression
Apply our validated expression system to a full antibody construct and confirm entire and functional antibody production by ELISA and western blot.
Milestone 3: Landing Pad Validation in Yeast
Construct and validate the modular landing pad system in S. cerevisiae as a BSL-1 proxy. Confirm integration by NGS and bridge to mammalian expression in CHO/HEK293T cells.
